Now known as Gastornis.
The giant bird once called Diatryma is now more commonly known as Gastornis. In life, it stood approximately two meters tall. Although commonly referred to as a "terror bird", that distinction actually belonged to the phorusrhacids. This piece was retired figure by Bullyland, but was reintroduced in 2012 to meet collector demand.
Note: The manufacturer also sometimes refers to this piece as "Predatory Ratite" (also technically inaccurate)
