This latest repaint of the famous Parasaurolophus lends the creature a very striking coloration, emphasizing the animal's distinctive crest. This protuberance may have been used in display for courtship, but it has also been suggested as a source of additional resonance - each of these hadrosaurs might have used a unique "voice" when calling to other members of its heard. This 19 centimeter figure has been crafted to 1:40 scale, matching the majority of the animals in the Carnegie Collection.
