One of the rarest figures in the Carnegie Collection. Discontinued
The Carnegie Psittacosaurus went out of production several years ago, and has become one of the most sought-after figures in the entire Carnegie Collection. Crafted by renowned artist Forest Rogers, this hand-painted reconstruction of the "parrot lizard" makes a fine addition to any collection. Its retirement is in accordance with Safari's tradition of adhering to paleontological authenticity, as newer specimens of Psittacosaurus revealed the animal with quills along its tail. Approximately six inches long and five inches tall, it has been created in a larger scale than most other Carnegie dinosaurs in order to better display the fine details.
