The Konobelodon was a gigantic and very advanced amebelodontid that represents the final evolutionary stage of the European shovel-tusker clade. It is characterized by enormous, dorso-ventrally flattened mandibular tusks and very large, straight upper tusks. This rare reconstruction was released by Eofauna in 2022.
